Ranch Dip Chicken (Low Sodium)

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 4 oz light cream cheese
  • ¼ cup low fat sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp low sodium dry ranch powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dill


  1. Preheat oven to 325º.
  2. Clean and trim chicken, then pat dry.
  3. Place chicken in greased 9×13 pan and sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Beat cream cheese, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the chicken.
  6. Spray with butter spray.
  7. Bake for 25–35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165º.
  8. Spray with butter spray, garnish with parsley, serve and enjoy!
