Herb Greek Yogurt Vegetable Dip

  • 2 cups plain low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp shallot, finely minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and mix well.
  2. If time allows, allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to help the flavors blend. Serve with raw vegetables. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
