Please note that the mindfulness courses that had been scheduled for this spring have been rescheduled for this upcoming fall. Mindful Stress Reduction for students will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 (split by ages 10–13 and 14–18), and an 8-week virtual Mindful Self-Compassion for Adults course will be held on Wednesdays, September 13–November 1 from 6–8:45 p.m., plus a half-day retreat on Saturday, October 14 that will be held either virtually or in-person. Our quarterly community mindful meditation sessions are still on schedule, however, the May 2023 session has changed from Thursday, May 18 to Thursday, May 25. Click here for more details.
