Occupational
Therapy Goals
Our
primary goal is to work with each client to attain a maximum level of
independence. We work directly with clients on activities of
daily living, cognitive, perceptual, physical and psycho-social
functioning.

- Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
by appointment
Referral
Our professional services will be provided based upon a signed
referral from a physician that indicates the pertinent diagnosis,
therapeutic interventions, frequency and medical necessity.
